Faculty who practice and see patients exclusively at UC Health (including UCSF Medical Center and Benioff Children’s Hospitals), who are full-time, active, and verified by the medical credentialing office may have a provider page listed at https://www.ucsfhealth.org or https://www.ucsfbenioffchildrens.org. More information on eligibility for a provider page and headshot can be found at UCSF Health Provider Page Eligibility Criteria.

Eligible providers can request a page through the Marketing Portal before UC Health can arrange a photoshoot. Please follow the prompts for “Website Requests>Provider>Add new provider.” Once the information is complete and the content team has verified the provider’s eligibility and credentials, a photo shoot will be scheduled. Providers can also expedite the process by filling out the Provider Questionnaire in advance. Only providers who have been greenlit for a provider page on these sites qualify for a headshot. Please email [email protected] with any questions.
