UCSF School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education (CME)

The UCSF Office of Continuing Medical Education, as part of the UCSF School of Medicine, offers educational opportunities for physicians and other health care professionals who wish to improve their skills as practitioners. UCSF is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) and offers over 200 courses a year, including grand rounds certified for CME credit. These programs cover all medical specialties and serve more than 13,000 participants annually. 

UCSF Department of Pediatrics Continuing Medical Education (CME) 

Continuing Medical Education provided by the Department of Pediatrics is in the form of Pediatric Grand Rounds and a program in Advances & Controversies in Clinical Pediatrics. Both of these activities are accredited through UCSF’s ACCME accreditation.

BCH Oakland Continuing Medical Education (CME) 

UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland is separately accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Each activity is designed to meet identified educational needs in clinical practice and pediatric healthcare delivery. CME activities offered at Oakland includes Pediatric Grand Rounds, Pediatric Specialist Lecture Series, the Annual Monterey Pediatrics Conference, and Nursing Grand Rounds.
